Discovery & Qualification

A **free 15-minute history** to determine if our services will benefit you. If so, we will schedule an in-person Initial Exam. We will also discuss the necessity of lab tests, which may be ordered before or after the Initial Visit depending on the case's complexity.

Comprehensive Initial Exam

Our first visit includes a **comprehensive assessment** and detailed medical history, gathering information on current concerns, past conditions, family history, lifestyle (diet, stress), and exposures. We then **formulate a plan** to run a series of diagnostic tests to get to the root of your health concerns.

Lab Findings & Treatment Plan

We conduct a **consultation to review all test results**. The consultation length varies based on complexity. We will provide a custom treatment plan based on your needs. If findings are extensive, a separate follow-up appointment may be booked solely for the treatment plan presentation.

Ongoing Collaborative Care

Patients typically have **regular appointments** to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. We work collaboratively to ensure interventions are effective, making adjustments based on how you respond to treatment and any changes in your health status.
