FAQs

Not at all. We offer both in-clinic and at-home programming. Many clients do a hybrid plan: they meet with us in person 1–2x/week, then follow customized programming at home using our CoachRx app. We’ll work with whatever schedule fits your goals.

We keep it simple. Most clients use a few basic tools:
Resistance bands (handled or loop)
Yoga block or foam roller
Kettlebell or dumbbell (optional)
Pull-up bar or door anchor (optional)
If you don’t have any of that, no problem — we can still create a highly effective plan using bodyweight and mobility-focused drills.
-
A common weekly rhythm includes:
1–2 in-clinic sessions (hands-on therapy + movement)
2–3 short at-home workouts via the CoachRx app
1 active recovery day (stretching, walking, etc.)
Every week is tailored to your goals, schedule, and progress — no generic templates.
-
Absolutely. Your plan is flexible. Some clients start virtual and transition to in-clinic, while others alternate based on travel or life schedules. We design your program to work with your life, not the other way around.

Rehab sessions focus on movement quality, joint control, and tissue recovery — they often include manual therapy (cupping, scraping, adjustments) plus mobility and corrective exercises.
Workouts are built to restore strength, stability, and performance, especially for athletes or those returning to sport. Most plans include both — because lasting results come from combining treatment with strength. -
