Assessment-led care

Start with what your body is actually doing.

Rehab and performance should not start with random exercises. We begin with a movement assessment, chiropractic assessment, InBody scan, goals conversation, and a practical plan for what comes next.

The goal is to identify what is limiting your movement, performance, or pain pattern so the plan can be built around your goals instead of a generic template.

  • Joint-by-joint mobility testing
  • Basic strength and stability screens
  • Functional movement assessment
  • Baseline video or progress tracking when useful

Two ways to start, one clear plan.

The public offer is simple: start with the $100 Initial Consultation, or add baseline testing when body composition, recovery, energy, nutrition, or health-marker context should help guide the plan.

Premium testing add-on

Same assessment, more data.

The premium option is not a separate first visit. It keeps the same $100 consultation and adds baseline testing when your goals would benefit from deeper health-marker context.

The baseline panel can include 95+ markers, with the ability to select relevant health markers based on your goals. Examples may include fasting insulin, HbA1c, ApoB, Lp(a), LDL, cholesterol, homocysteine, HS-CRP, vitamin D, B-12, and other markers that help guide the conversation around energy, recovery, body composition, and long-term health.

When selected, testing is ordered during your initial consult. The kit ships to your home with instructions, then our team reviews the results and builds nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and personalized next steps around what the data shows.

Not everyone needs every marker. The goal is to choose the most relevant testing depth for your plan instead of ordering labs without a clear reason.
Ongoing plan

$250/month for a weekly 45-minute visit.

The Performance Plan is built for consistency after the initial assessment. It includes weekly programming in CoachRx plus one 45-minute in-person visit each week for chiropractic care and an in-clinic workout. Programming can be tailored to your equipment access and usually blends rehab movements with strength-building work.

Your plan should be easy to follow.

Weekly clinic work is stronger when the next steps are clear. After assessment, our team can use CoachRx to keep your weekly plan, workout notes, demo videos, and progress tracking easier to follow between visits.

This keeps rehab and performance from feeling like homework you have to decode. The goal is a cleaner rhythm: clinic coaching, app-based guidance, and smart adjustments as your body responds.

Clear weekly focus Simple priorities tied to what showed up in your assessment.
2

Inside the process

A clearer path than guessing.

The first step stays simple: assess, plan, train, and refine.

1

Assess movement

We look at joint mobility, strength, stability, movement quality, and the patterns that may be contributing to pain, stiffness, or performance limits.

2

Define the goal

Your plan is built around what you want back: less pain, better flexibility and joint control, safer return to sport, stronger training, or daily movement that feels easier.

3

Build the plan

We map corrective exercise progressions, strength work, mobility work, chiropractic care, and hands-on therapy options into a plan that fits your goals.

4

Track and refine

Progress can be tracked with movement updates, CoachRx programming, InBody data, and baseline health markers when testing is selected.

Who it fits

For active adults, athletes, and people tired of restarting.

Rehab and Performance is for people who want to move better, build strength, reduce recurring limitations, return to sport or daily activity, or connect their performance goals with better body-composition and health-marker context.

Pain and movement limitations

For recurring tightness, chronic pain, stiffness, or mobility issues that keep interrupting workouts, work, or daily life.

Return to training

For active adults, athletes, and weekend athletes who want strength, joint control, and confidence after a setback.

Prevention and performance

For goals that may benefit from smarter programming, fewer training setbacks, InBody data, and baseline health-marker context when selected.

Common questions

Rehab & Performance FAQs.

Yes. You can call the clinic at no cost and our team will answer questions about the rehab and performance options. If you are ready for an in-person assessment and plan, the booked starting point is the $100 Initial Consultation.
It includes a chiropractic and movement assessment, InBody body composition scan, goals conversation, mobility and stability screens, functional movement assessment, and planning. This first visit is assessment-focused and does not promise an adjustment or treatment during the appointment.
The premium option keeps the same $100 Initial Consultation and adds baseline testing. If selected, testing is ordered during your initial consult, the kit ships to your home with instructions, and our team reviews the results to build nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and personalized next steps around what the data shows. The typical total ranges from $320-$370 because selected health markers may differ by goal.
The ongoing Performance Plan includes weekly programming in CoachRx plus one 45-minute in-person visit each week for chiropractic care and an in-clinic workout. Your program is tailored to your equipment access and usually blends rehab movements with strength-building movements.
You follow your programming in the CoachRx app between visits. It keeps the weekly plan, exercises, notes, and progress tracking organized so the in-person visit can focus on coaching, chiropractic care, adjustments to the plan, and what needs attention next.
We tailor programming around your equipment access. Many plans can use resistance bands, a foam roller, a yoga block, dumbbells, kettlebells, or bodyweight work. If you have limited equipment, the plan can be built around what you have available.
Rehab work focuses on movement quality, joint control, mobility, tissue recovery, and corrective exercise. Workout progressions build strength, stability, and performance. The plan can include both because lasting progress usually needs treatment and training to work together.
Baseline testing is not required. It is useful when you want a deeper look at your health, more insight for programming, and more personalized nutrition or lifestyle direction based on results. Many people choose to blend testing with rehab and performance when energy, recovery, body composition, or nutrition are part of the goal.

Process

Our Approach

Our Rehab & Performance sessions are 30-minute appointments that combine exercises with optional chiropractic care and hands-on therapies like cupping or scraping.

We begin with a one-time movement assessment to identify key limitations and guide your personalized care plan.

From there, each session is designed to meet your specific goals—whether that’s reducing pain, restoring function, or improving performance.

Our physical rehab programs are great for:

Recovering from injury
Reducing chronic pain
Improving mobility and strength
Preventing future injuries
Returning to sport or daily activity

Movement Assessment

Identify the Root Cause

We begin with a hands-on movement evaluation to uncover exactly what’s limiting your performance or causing pain.

  • Functional movement assessments
  • Baseline videos for tracking progress

 FAQs

  • Not at all. We offer both in-clinic and at-home programming. Many clients do a hybrid plan: they meet with us in person 1–2x/week, then follow customized programming at home using our CoachRx app. We’ll work with whatever schedule fits your goals.

  • We keep it simple. Most clients use a few basic tools:

    • Resistance bands (handled or loop)

    • Yoga block or foam roller

    • Kettlebell or dumbbell (optional)

    • Pull-up bar or door anchor (optional)

    • If you don’t have any of that, no problem — we can still create a highly effective plan using bodyweight and mobility-focused drills.

  • A common weekly rhythm includes:

    • 1–2 in-clinic sessions (hands-on therapy + movement)

    • 2–3 short at-home workouts via the CoachRx app

    • 1 active recovery day (stretching, walking, etc.)
Every week is tailored to your goals, schedule, and progress — no generic templates.

  • Absolutely. Your plan is flexible. Some clients start virtual and transition to in-clinic, while others alternate based on travel or life schedules. We design your program to work with your life, not the other way around.

  •  Rehab sessions focus on movement quality, joint control, and tissue recovery — they often include manual therapy (cupping, scraping, adjustments) plus mobility and corrective exercises.
Workouts are built to restore strength, stability, and performance, especially for athletes or those returning to sport. Most plans include both — because lasting results come from combining treatment with strength.
