Contrast Therapy, Sauna, Red Light & More

Science-backed modalities for faster recovery and wellness.

Contrast therapy alternates between sauna heat and cold plunge immersion. The temperature swing boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, and accelerates recovery. Sessions take place in private rooms with controlled temperatures. Popular with athletes and active people for faster muscle recovery.

Our infrared sauna operates at 130–150°F. Our traditional sauna reaches 180–200°F. The infrared penetrates deeper into tissue at a lower ambient temperature, while the traditional delivers classic intense dry heat.

Our cold plunge is maintained at approximately 50–55°F — cold enough to trigger significant benefits including reduced inflammation, improved circulation, and faster recovery. Start with 30–60 seconds and build tolerance over time.

Infrared saunas use infrared light to heat your body directly at a lower air temperature (130–150°F), penetrating deeper into tissue for detox and pain relief. Traditional saunas heat the air around you to 180–200°F for an intense classic experience. Both are private rooms. Both promote detoxification and recovery.

Wear whatever is comfortable — swimsuit, shorts, or workout clothes. Towels are provided. Every session is in a completely private room, so dress for your own comfort.

Most clients see optimal results with 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency matters more than frequency. Our membership plans are designed to support a regular recovery routine at the best value.

Yes. Many clients pair sauna and cold plunge with red light therapy, PEMF, or compression therapy in a single visit. Talk to our team about the best combination for your goals.

PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field therapy. It uses magnetic frequencies to stimulate cellular repair, reduce pain, and improve sleep. Sessions are non-invasive and take place in a private room. Popular for chronic pain, inflammation, and post-workout recovery.

Red light therapy uses medical-grade LED panels to deliver red and near-infrared wavelengths that penetrate your skin and tissues. Benefits include accelerated wound healing, reduced inflammation, improved skin health, collagen production, and cellular energy. Sessions are 15 minutes in our full-body NEO Light bed.

Compression therapy uses Normatec sequential compression boots that inflate and deflate around your legs, hips, or arms. It flushes metabolic waste, reduces swelling, and speeds recovery. Think of it as a deep-tissue massage for your circulatory system. Great after workouts or long days on your feet.

Functional Medicine & Chiropractic

Root-cause diagnosis and personalized treatment protocols.

Functional medicine identifies and treats the root cause of health issues — not just symptoms. Our providers run comprehensive lab work including bloodwork, hormone panels, and gut health testing to build personalized treatment protocols unique to your body.

Your first visit includes a detailed health history, lifestyle assessment, and a comprehensive lab panel. We analyze your results to identify underlying imbalances — hormonal, gut, metabolic, or nutritional — then create a targeted plan to address them.

The discovery consultation is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation with our functional medicine team. We discuss your health goals, current concerns, and whether our approach is the right fit. No lab work or treatment is performed during this visit.

We offer comprehensive bloodwork panels, hormone analysis (including thyroid and adrenal function), gut health testing, food sensitivity panels, and metabolic assessments. All testing is ordered and interpreted by our licensed providers.

Chiropractic services may be covered depending on your plan. Recovery services (sauna, cold plunge, red light, PEMF, compression) and functional medicine consultations are private-pay. We accept HSA and FSA cards for all services. Call (651) 237-3799 to discuss your coverage.
