You can cancel an appointment by signing into your vagaro account and doing it online. You may also call us and we can get it taken care of for you.

You can schedule an appointment online by going to the “book” tab on our website. You can also call and we can schedule for you. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.

Minor use of services requires the written consent of a parent or legal gaurdian, and additional restrictions may apply.

To use contrast rooms you must be 14 years of age and anyone under 16 years old must be occupied by a parent.

Our infrared Sauna is set at 135 F. Our traditional sauna is set to 185 F.

We would love for you to bring in friends/family members to share your contrast experience! Additional guests are welcome for 50% of cost.

For the “traditional contrast” you may bring up to 4 guests. For the “infrared contrast” you may bring 3 guests.
