Common questions

Rehab & Performance FAQs

What happens during the $65 initial assessment?

Our team reviews your goals and training history, evaluates mobility, strength, stability, and functional movement, completes an InBody baseline, and recommends the most useful next step. The visit is assessment-focused, so treatment is not promised during the appointment.

Do I need to be an athlete?

No. The service is for active adults, athletes, and people who simply want daily movement, work, or exercise to feel more manageable and less repetitive.

Is this physical therapy?

No. Rehab & Performance is a chiropractic-led assessment, exercise, and strength-programming service. It does not replace physical therapy when physical therapy is the appropriate level of care.

What does the $250 monthly plan include?

The optional plan includes one 45-minute in-clinic visit each week plus CoachRx programming between visits. Clinic work can include coaching, rehab movement, strength progression, and chiropractic care when appropriate. Scheduling and current plan policies are explained before you enroll.

What equipment do I need at home?

Programming can be adapted to the equipment you have. Many plans can use bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, a foam roller, or other simple tools.

Can I call before booking?

Yes. Call Optimum Health at 651-237-3799 if you have a question about whether Rehab & Performance is the right starting point.

Process

Our Approach

Our Rehab & Performance sessions are 30-minute appointments that combine exercises with optional chiropractic care and hands-on therapies like cupping or scraping.

We begin with a one-time movement assessment to identify key limitations and guide your personalized care plan.

From there, each session is designed to meet your specific goals—whether that’s reducing pain, restoring function, or improving performance.

Our physical rehab programs are great for:

Recovering from injury
Reducing chronic pain
Improving mobility and strength
Preventing future injuries
Returning to sport or daily activity

Movement Assessment

Identify the Root Cause

We begin with a hands-on movement evaluation to uncover exactly what’s limiting your performance or causing pain.

  • Joint-by-joint mobility testing
  • Basic strength and stability screens
  • Functional movement assessments
  • Baseline videos for tracking progress

Define Your Goals

Rehab Meets Performance

Your plan is built around your goals — whether that’s running without pain, hitting PRs, or simply feeling better day-to-day.

  • Reducing pain or stiffness
  • Improving flexibility & joint control
  • Returning to sport safely
  • Preventing future injuries

Build Your Plan

Train Smarter. Recover Stronger.

This is where rehab becomes performance. Your program blends therapy and training using evidence-based tools.

  • Corrective exercise progressions
  • Myofascial cupping & scraping
  • Spinal adjustments & joint mobilization
  • Weekly guidance & transparency
